College bullying by a violent girl

There is this girl in my nieces class, who keeps bullying my niece. She says my niece stares at her when she does not look at her. The other day in class she threatened to punch my niece in the pus after the class recieved their enam results, this girl failed her exam whereas my niece passed. She also turned around and said if a thicko like that can pass, why do i always fail? she has been having a go at her since the 6th week in to the course. She has also been raving about the tutor allowing her to be a bully. So i would like to let the girl know via the blog that if she harms my niece i will ensure my niece presses charges. And also want the college to know that this family are not jokeing so unless they want the media involved stop and discipline this girl now or the police will be up at the college along with an article in the local paper. okay this little b**ch has been warned, you just had to put the icing on the cake, by abusing my niece some more didn't you? if you want to pass any remarks H**ly Alex**der then come and start on me. i would love to see you try you little fool. you want to get a grip and grow up, all that threatinging behaviour will lead to a criminal record someday.
